Sales and development activity at the River Ridge Commerce Center were among the highest levels ever in 2021.
This activity included:
- Board approval for 15 potential land deals;
- More than 800 acres of proposed new development;
- Negotiating with first potential company on megasite;
- Potential to add over 3.4 million square feet of commercial space.
